1. Rail Mall

A gem unbeknown to most, the Rail Mall is a celebrated supper hangout for residents close-by and those in the loop. One of the most popular establishments the nostalgic railway estate houses is Springleaf Prata, which dishes up the ultimate supper food – prata. Open till the wee hours of the morning is Blooie’s Roadhouse, which serves up some of the best cheesy, spicy, toppings-laden hotdogs in Singapore. Home to one of the best Bak Chor Mees in town, Upper Thompson is a buzzling supper haunt frequented by late-night party-goers. After a night on the dance floor, many flock to Meng’s Kitchen for a good old Bak Chor Mee fix. The Roti Prata House is also a popular choice with its crispy and crunchy prata, a well-received departure from the usual fluffy texture. Aside from its shady reputation as a red light district, Geylang is a popular supper haven with some of the most comforting eats littered throughout the various Lorongs. Parking is free after 5.30pm, with an abundance of lots at the bigger car parks as long as you are willing to walk a couple of streets to your dining destination.
