Shah, his colleague at the centre, and the security guard at the carpark were very helpful when I came to the centre to make an accident report. They were attentive. Shah was able to address my queries there and then. He emailed the accident report to me within 3 hours of my report of the car accident at the centre. He followed up promptly when I checked with him about my car repair. The excellent customer service left me with a positive experience. Thank you Shah for the service and keep up the good work!

I have called from Monday to till for GBF 8973 J Service, fist your hotline nobody pic up calls in properly, (called 4 times) finally one of you staff pic up call says your pic up teams will contact to me ..but until now no calls from the ETHOZ office. how can I get my vehicle service ..? need your help....My name is Baijuprabhakaran, contact no: 83393316, company: QuickStart Technology Pte Ltd. as a customer, my suggestion kindly provides an app for phones, so easy to send details or photos in order. Your office server also stored data automatically.
