Milestones

We Have Come A Long Way

1981
Incorporated on 25 September 1981, we were originally known as Orient Car Leasing Pte Ltd, a provider of long term car rental services to corporate clients.
1989
Established our first headquarters at Bukit Batok, equipped with repair and maintenance facilities to support our vehicle fleet and expanded our business offering to provide Vehicle Financing.
2000
Diversified into the Capital Financing and Equipment Leasing market through wholly owned subsidiary – ETHOZ Capital Ltd.
2005
Acquired new purpose-built headquarters at Bukit Batok Crescent to accommodate our growing operations and ventured into long-term Commercial Vehicle Rental.
2008
With our success in Singapore being the launch pad, our Equipment Leasing arm ventured into China with the incorporation of ETHOZ Capital (China) Ltd in Guangzhou. Through the years, we continually expanded our presence to Shanghai and Chengdu.
2010
Opened our branch in Tampines, strategically located to cater to our customers in the eastern part of Singapore.
2016
Expanded our Equipment Leasing arm into Malaysia with the incorporation of ETHOZ Equip Capital Bhd.
2022
ETHOZ has become wholly-owned by Tan Chong International in June 2022.
In the same year, we also ventured into providing sustainable solutions and henceforth ETHOZ Solar Ltd was formed.
