2. DATA WE COLLECT
2.1 Non-personal Data
2.1.1 We collect certain non-personal data when you visit and use our Site. Such data is entirely anonymous and is aggregated for statistical analysis (“Aggregate Information”). ETHOZ protects Personal Data in our possession or our control by making reasonable security arrangements to prevent unauthorised access, collection and disclosure. We cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you transmit such information at your own risk. We do not accept liability for the security, authenticity, integrity or confidentiality of any transaction and other communications made through the Site. We are not liable for any damages resulting from any security breaches, unauthorised and/or fraudulent use of your personal data.
6. RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA
6.1 We may retain your personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required or permitted by applicable laws.
6.2 We will cease to retain your personal data, or remove the means by which the data can be associated with you, as soon as it is reasonable to assume that such retention no longer serves the purpose for which the personal data was collected, and is no longer necessary for legal or business purposes.
